One of the methods of anti-corrosion protection for metal components is spraying. It is used primarily in case of large-size painted details or pursuant to our Customer's recommendations.

In the process of spraying, components are subjected to:

•  abrasive blasting,
•  coating with primer,
•  surface matting,
•  coating with top paint.

The shot blasting and painting processes are performed in a single location, which excludes the risk of corrosion for the painted surface.

In painting we mainly use the sets of polyurethane paints resistant to adverse weather conditions or other paint sets depending on our Customer's order. Like in powder coating, colour selection is based here on the RAL system.
