Sandblasting – shot blasting, or simply all kinds of blasting, are used to clean and prepare the working surfaces before powder coating and spraying.

It is essential to remove:

•  scale (in metallurgy),
•  old paint coat,
•  other pollutants and dirt which impact surface painting.

Thanks to sandblasting applied prior to painting, paint bonds more strongly to a coarse substrate.

We use fine-grained steel shot for blasting. Currently, we use two blasting chambers in a closed circulation system; one of them is a cutting-edge unit by Szatkowski.
